The terms of our loyalty scheme are detailed below:

  1. In order to earn loyalty points you must register for an account with us
  2. You must be logged in to your account in order to earn points
  3. You will earn 1p for every complete £1 spent on our site
  4. Loyalty points are awarded on the total value of your order, including delivery charges as applicable
  5. Loyalty points are awarded at the point at which we dispatch your order
  6. Loyalty points are deducted if you or we cancel your order or if the order is refunded
  7. There is no minimum number of points required in order for you to redeem any points
  8. Your loyalty points do not expire - you can use them at any time
  9. Points remain the property of RTM Retail T/A Gilded Lili Gifts and have no cash value
  10. Points can be redeemed only against purchases made from RTM Retail T/A Gilded Lili Gifts
